New NoteI like the D30 -- it's also what I use, so I've had lots of time to learn it's good and bad features. The D30's CMOS sensor (as opposed to CCD) gives this particular camera fantastic quality. There are many people that believe the CMOS is more like "real film." A CCD is almost too sharp and sureal. This is like one of those compact-disk-versus-vinyl arguments. In reality, when any of the major companies (Canon, Nikon, Kodak, Fuji) releases a pro digital SLR, it's pretty darn good. These cameras are very expensive, and they're marketed to people who take a lot of pictures. These people demand quality for their money, so the companies do their best to deliver it.
