A criminal drove around me while I was crossing legally in a crosswalk. PN97V but it looked like a Montana plate probably, and not even a plain one but like little doodads on it suggesting, sure, why not, they must be above the law like your next of kin has to go all groveling like "I'm so sorry that he got blood and liver and brains on one of your vehicles, Mr. Cheney, Sir, and furthermore we most humbly beg your forgiveness for getting our unworthy saliva on it while cleaning it off for Your Majesty."
